Meadows of Clover
“I often go walking in meadows of clover,
And I gather armfuls of blossoms of blue.
I gather the blossoms the whole meadow over;
Dear mother, all flowers remind me of you.
O mother, I give you my love with each flower
To give forth sweet fragrance a whole lifetime through;
For if I love blossoms and meadows and walking,
I learn how to love them, dear mother, from you.”
Is there anything sweeter than a child gathering flowers for their mother (who taught them how to love the flowers)? It doesn’t matter if they are clover flowers, dandelions, or garden roses, they’re all brought home for mom with love.
This 8x10” original acrylic on canvas mountainscape was created using pallet knives and features little, purple clover flowers growing in the meadow valley under the blue sky.
Paper: Cold press, high-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet paper.
Frames for paper prints are solid wood with optical-grade clear acrylic, available in white, black, and oak. Interested in matting? Message me for custom orders. Frame dimensions: 1.25″ w x 0.875″ h.
Stretched Canvas: 1.50” thick and printed on thick, archival-grade canvas that will not yellow over time. All canvas prints come with hanging wire installed.
Canvases can be framed in minimalist wood floater frames. These frames come in black, white, oak, espresso, and natural wood. The natural wood option has a more ‘raw’ appearance to it - please select oak if you are concerned about it being perfectly smooth.
Lead Time: 1.5-2 weeks. Need rushed printing/shipping? Message me for additional options.
Custom sizing: Needing a different size? Most prints can be adjusted to fit multiple sizes. If the size you’re looking for isn't listed, send me a message and we’ll see what’s possible!
